We offer dual training with a final examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in industrial and commercial professions.
Duale Ausbildung bedeutet, dass du für einen bestimmten Zeitraum im Unternehmen und in der Berufsschule bist. Je nach Ausbildungsberuf ist der theoretische Teil in Blockunterricht (mehrere Wochen am Stück) oder Turnusunterricht (regelmäßig 1-2 Tage in der Woche) unterteilt.
Wir bei CLASSEN in Baruth kooperieren mit mehreren Berufsschulen im Umkreis. Für unsere gewerblichen Auszubildenden geht es im ersten Ausbildungsjahr zum Ausbildungsverbund nach Teltow (AVT). Da lernst du alle erforderlichen Grundkenntnisse (wie z.B. Schweißen, Bohren, Drehen). Das AVT macht dich fit, um bei uns im zweiten Lehrjahr deine Kenntnisse an den einzelnen Maschinen anzuwenden.
Für unsere kaufmännischen Auszubildenden sind die Berufsschulen in Luckenwalde, Cottbus oder Potsdam vorgesehen. Als kaufmännischer Auszubildender erhältst du von CLASSEN einen Laptop für die gesamte Ausbildungszeit.
