New sales structure of the CLASSEN Group: More dynamic and stronger networking of the individual sales companies

Kaisersesch, August 14, 2023 - The CLASSEN Group presents its new sales structure, which brings a breath of fresh air and a new dynamic to the family business. With this change, the CLASSEN Group aims to strengthen sales within the company and promote closer networking and cross-departmental cooperation.

"Our goal is to create a corporate culture based on collaboration and creative exchange," says Dr. Hans-Jürgen Hannig, founder and CEO of the family-owned company. "By implementing our new sales structure, the CLASSEN Group is well equipped to successfully meet the challenges of the current market and create innovative solutions that position us strongly for the future."

One of the innovations is that Mathias Gorecki was appointed to the Group Management Board. With over 30 years of experience as an integral part of the CLASSEN Group, Mr. Gorecki will now play a key role at Group level and work hand-in-hand with Céline Quervel to drive forward the company's sales strategy. Céline Quervel continues to head up Corporate Marketing and is now also responsible for overall sales at family level. In this role, Céline Quervel has been appointed to the management of all sales companies.

Moritz Menier will assume responsibility for the strategically important North and South American market. In this role, he will also drive forward new investment projects for the CLASSEN Group in the USA. The first measure implemented under his leadership was the founding of the company CLASSEN Americas Inc. in which Moritz Menier acts as CEO.

David Hussey takes over the management of important export markets, such as Western Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East. With his extensive experience in the laminate flooring sector, he brings valuable expertise and many years of market experience to his new role.

The CLASSEN Group's new sales team places a particular focus on close cooperation with all departments within the company. Cross-departmental teams are being deployed in a targeted manner to successfully introduce new products such as the innovative CERAMIN Flex (PP Dryback). The CLASSEN Group is also investing heavily in digitalization in order to use innovative technologies and digital solutions that make collaboration more efficient and further improve customer interaction. With this holistic approach, the CLASSEN Group is ideally positioned to further strengthen its leading position in the industry and serve its customers worldwide in the best possible way.

CLASSEN Group and i4F further strengthen patent partnership with innovative Polypropylene (PP) flooring solutions

Classen and i4F are strengthening their patent partnership, which now also includes Classen's polypropylene (PP) technologies. In addition, CLASSEN is using the i4F Drop-Lock system for its PP products, which are produced in Kaisersesch with a capacity of over 20 million square meters. i4F is receiving licensing rights for the PP technology and is expanding its portfolio of sustainable material solutions – a step towards more environmentally friendly flooring.
